It can be difficult to choose the right foods, in the right amounts, and at the right times. When deciding what to eat, ask yourself: what would be good, better, or best. Peanut butter is good, naturally sweetened organic peanut butter is better, but organic almond butter is best. Many people eat an apple with peanut butter for a snack. That is good, but an organic apple with almond butter is better.
Any exercise is better than no exercise, however there is a good, better, and best way to exercise. The best form of exercise for one person, might not be the best form of exercise for another person. However, generally speaking some type of leg press exercise as well as an upper body pushing and pulling exercise done 3x per week, followed by some form of cardio such as walking, jogging or biking would be best.
